  : We had a very pleasant time staying at Hostal Balkonis ! The location was amazing, 2-3 min walk from the metro station, accessible to the bus transportation from and to the airport and 15 min walk from Las Ramplas. Also, the property was very clean and tidy! It is worthy to stay in this location if you like walking and exploring the city without entering transportation.
  : On the other hand, the property had a very small space as bedroom and it did not receive any daylight. Furthermore, we found very restrictive the fact that the reception closes at 5 oclock and then there is no way to find someone for any issue that comes up. After checking out in the morning, we initially appreciated the convenience of leaving our belongings at the reception. However, later due to a mere 2-minute delay in our return for pickup, we had a rather unwelcoming experience with the reception staff. While we understand the necessity of following the working hours of the staff, it poses significant inconvenience for travelers who may encounter unexpected issues in an unfamiliar area and struggle to meet the time constraints. We would like to suggest another more efficient approach with keeping the travelers belongings such as special lockers with coding where you can safely keep a second key that gives the visitor access to the property again. This will probably not restrict neither the staff nor the travelers.
