When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 20 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please inform AinB Las Ramblas-Guardia Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.

All guests are required to contact the apartments by telephone 30 minutes prior to arrival (the contact telephone number appears on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site).

The car park is located at:
Carrer de les Carretes, 45
08001 Barcelona.
It has an extra cost of EUR 20 per day, and is payable on arrival.

For arrivals before 15:00 we can store the luggage free of charge.

Arrivals after 00:00 must call 30 minutes prior to arrival. The telephone number can be found on the booking confirmation.

The cleaning of the apartments is made prior to the arrival of each guest. Before departure, is required to leave the apartment in good condition.
