  : They were very kind, especially the chinese man at reception, and the Lady who cleans in the morning.They gave me a twin room with private bathroom, even though I had booked a single with shared bathroom. Huge windows, spacious room, and pleasant nature all around. Perfect location, and even two free parking spaces. It is kind of an asiatic guesthouse, so do not expect perfection. The value is ok for the price.
  : In the evening I noticed there was no hot water in december... I told the lady who should be either the owner or the manager, and she insured me that I just needed to let it run a bit, even though I had waited quite a bit, and I do not like water wastage.In the morning I had exactly the same issue, and only around 11am (almost check out time), she stated the boiler was off, and turned it on.I find this unacceptable, obviously. And it is a real pity, since I appreciated my stay for the rest.

  : Basic accomodation and a shared bathroom but for the cost it is worthwhile.
  : No one spoke English, I arrived a bit late and it took me 10mins before someone answered the door as they were watching TV and could not hear me.

  : The room had its own bathroom and a double bed and the stay was much more affordable than other options in the area.
  : The room, especially the floor was quite dirty. Hot water could be a little sporadic. Soap dispenser was empty and a soap or shampoo or bottle wash (not sure which) was provided in a repurposed unmarked juice bottle.

  : The room was damp and cold, we asked for a heater, but they didn't have one. Mould and rust in the tiny shower space. It was very disappointing even at the price.

  : Nothing. It was incredibly dirty. Mold, dusty, dirty floors, very cold (no heat), non working smoke defectors. Towels were so rough & worn, showers so full of mold, we didn't dare use it. Back of bathroom bi-fold door was even dirty. We booked for 3 days, but only survived one. Advertising is very misleading.
