  : Air conditioner didn’t work well for us- cooled off by middle of the night- we had hoped to do laundry as advertised but we didn’t have $4 of quarters! Otherwise- a good stay

  : To many doors of entrance, needed help in getting doors to open, had to call several times.

  : anything that i didn’t like, was fixed with in minutes (no complains)

  : There were things broken and unusable. The security gate latch for our apartment door would not lock. The window in the restroom stayed open cause the handle was broken. They had a nice pool that was supposed to be open by the 24th as PR restrictions lifted but they kept it closed. We were never able to use the TV cause the remote control did not work and I told them about these things and some had no response and others were not useful. Thank God I had my computer. On one night we were startled with he people next door having a blow out...loud fight with constant yelling and cursing.
