  : We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach.
  : The appartment is in bad shape. General smell of humidity in the hallway, light in bathroom was falling off, beds were eaten by termites hence small brown dust under the bed. The appartment floor was covered in water because of humidity and aircon central control. We really struggled staying at this place.

  : The condo was mostly good. It was nicely decorated, Kitchen was functional. We loved the beach - gentle surf and shade from the palm trees. Also enjoyed the fact that we could walk to nearby restaurants and not have to hassle with parking.
  : This condo showed many signs of wear and tear. The sliding balcony doors were very difficult to open and the unit on the balcony blew so much hot air it was uncomfortable to sit out there. The grout in the corners of the bathroom was unappealingly discolored/dirty. There were not many glasses in the kitchen. If the couple we traveled with had not gone home early, we would have been short of cups for drinks. I booked this last March and thought that the listing said a washer and dryer, but they were locked. After over a week of travel that was a disappointment.

  : Wonderful space and excellent location! Comfortable beds and very convenient lay out. I loved the coffee shop in the building and the extremely easy beach access.

  : Location was great, closer to the beach. Spacious for a family. Good amenities in the lobby with gane room etc
  : Parking area isnt clean. Beds were very bad and not sure what kind of bugs were in the bed but all of us got some kind of bug bites which caused itching.
