  : This place is clean and very large! We had a ton of space to spread out. The location is Isla Verde and very convenient to pretty much everything. Anything and everything you need is here, from beach towels to a large cooler, and even some toiletries and a hair dryer! Kitchen has everything you need, including coffee filters and maker, and some spices and such. Bed is comfy. The balcony is nice. Pool is very nice and refreshing. Laundry facility downstairs is convenient too. It is very secure with a guarded gate entrance and secure access to the building. We would definitely stay here again. The photos don't do it justice for the actual size. It exceeded our expectations!
  : No real gripes at all, especially for the price! Be aware that it is right by the airport so you will hear some jet engines at times. Also, there is no view of the beach, you are facing the main street in Isla Verde which can get loud at times as well. If you are a light sleeper, may need to turn up the sound machine on your phone to help drown it out. Beach access is a short-ish walk down the main street, but no beach-access from the property.

  : Owner was very attentive and provided all info necessary. The room is on a low floor for ease of access. Walking distance from restaurants and hotels and a very short walk to the beach. The apartment is comfortable, and the kitchen is equipped with a stove top, plates, glasses, pots and pans.

  : Dealing with this owner was a major headache. I got to PR at 4pm and I still didnt have a code to enter the apartment. I had to call the owner that morning. Hes very disorganized and thought I was arriving the next day. He said he was going to check his account to make sure he had my full payment. When I got to PR I get a text from him saying he hadnt received half of my payment. It was sent as he requested in his message by Zelle to his email like 6 weeks prior as the deposit for the property. I had to send him a screen shot of my bank account showing the payment had been sent and he finally provided me with the code to enter the apartment. I had to call my bank the next morning to have them check on that payment. They gave me the bank to which the payment had been sent. I notified the owner who finally found it in that account. I guess he forgot he had two accounts at two different banks to which the payment could go. For the $200 damage deposit, I checked out on October 5 and received the deposit back on October 16 and that was after texting him and sending a message through Booking.com and calling Booking.com to complain the deposit had not been received within the 7 days the owner promises you get your damage deposit back. This owner is not very timely in responding to messages or textsand is very disorganized in managing this property. I will never again reserve any property where payment has to be sent to an owner directly and not to the company.
