  : Located across the street from the beach in Isla Verde. Close to shops, food, gas, pharmacy, groceries.Very quiet and clean. Host very kind and helpful. Comfortable beds and pillowsThe house is split into 2 sections with 2-3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in each section.Microwave and fridge in common areas
  : No Wifi is my only complaint.There are tv's in the rooms but no channels or streaming devices (or wifi), but you can use your phone as a hotspot and log into your personal streaming channels.Shared bathroom - which was fine because there wasn't any other guests in our section, so we didn't have to worry.No kitchen / cooking devices other than microwave.

  : The room and house were comfortable, clean, and cute; and the host was so helpful and responsive.
  : Getting there was awkward if you're driving yourself and don't know the area. Google maps directions won't get you there because the streets are gated. You have to get to the nearest corner and enter on foot at the pedestrian gate to get to the house and pick up the gate clicker/remote control.

  : Comfortably located for a quick stop, very near the airport and car rentals. Several options for breakfast nearby and walking distance to a nice beach. Marisol always available and very accommodating. Rooms comfortable, great AC and easy checkin & checkout with codes for the house and rooms. Good value for money compared to other options around.
  : Bed was too soft for my preference.

  : - the room and especially the common area weren't very clean- the toilet was very basic (it's private but it's not an en-suite)

  : Beautiful cozy place within a 5-minute walk from the beach. The host was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The bathroom is shared among all guests.
  : Not a fan of the shared bathroom, but there isn't much that can be done with it.

  : I liked the great hospitality and kindness I got from the host. Also I really enjoyed being able to know that the area I was in was locked and gated.
  : My biggest complaint was the lack of A/C. Yes had a box fan and a somewhat of a A/C unit in the room but sleeping was miserable. A few nights it felt cooler outside than what it did inside. I know they had the A/C in the rooms but maybe put a window unit in that works better.

  : Great location. Very secure, including for parking. Nice staff. Good lounge area. Really neat free leftover sunscreen and bug spray.

  : SOOOOO close to the beach. There is a Walgreens for incidentals and restaurants for meals just a few short blocks away. We had access to refrigerator and microwave... the property was very cute and clean.
