: The view
: In light of the collapse of the Condo in Florida there was water standing on the balcony after it rained. Also, we got to the complex around midnight and the guard didn’t know where the mailbox was that had the key and instructions for the unit 1707.

: Beautiful view from the balcony. AC worked well although the thermostat is pre-historic and impossible to achieve a certain temperature. The water pressure was good. The location is convinient. A greate arepas place 4 min walk and stores right across the street from the building.
: Check in on Sunday was a hassle. The 3rd party company providing the keys isn't working on Sundays, but supposed to answer the cellphone, which they didn't. Neither did they respond to the texts. The remote control for the garage didn't work and we grabbed someone else's (someone's who just checked out from another apartment) to resolve the situation in the absence of any help or guidance.All the secure access to garage or to/ from elevator is not intuitive. Use left click on remote control, or right? Touch a button or scan device on the key chain? Want to check if the garage remote works? U need a car for that as remote doesn't work without a special sensor sensing the car. Nothing intuitive... takes time to get used to it.Sliding door to balcony was off the pass and wasn't sliding. We fixed it ourselves. Again, no one was working on Sunday, so no one to talk to. Beach chairs provided were actually camping chairs. No big deal, but uncomfortable, so we rented launges on the beach. All minor inconveniences and annoyances, which are uncalled for.
