  : No breakfast, floors dirty in room, room was 87 degrees when I walked in luckily the a/c didn’t take to long to cool off, the bathtub was pealing paint

  : Entire complex is sketchy, was greeted by two drunk individuals outside the office when I got there at 11pm. Room was dirty, clothes rack had been pulled off the wall and plaster mess/rack was left in the chair. When I was cleaning the toilet( I always bring disinfectant wipes) the toilet seat came off in my hand. Fixed that for them, shower handle came off in the shower when turning off water. Floor of bathroom was dirty, not swept. TV in room didn't work-I called the front desk for assistance, lady at desk giggled and said they just had everything switched over, and that's what happened. I asked her to walk me thru the setup process, giggled again and said eventually, it would rest itself. Never did. When I arrived and asked about which access to take to my room, same lady said use side entrance and go upstairs. She said I didn't need to use my key card, as that door doesn't lock. I said " that seems unsafe" and she smiled and shrugged her shoulders. In fact, back access door to hotel DOESN'T lock, so anyone from the lot can stroll in, if they wanted to visit a very dirty, rundown complex. Before you ask "then why did you stay", this happened when they evacuated Ruidoso/Ruidoso Downs during the first day of the evacuation, and this was the only hotel ( 3 hours away) that had rooms-now I know why! If I had ANY energy left after packing for an immediate evacuation, driving for hours looking for a space to stop and regroup, etc. I would have left immediately and kept driving. Stay anywhere else!

  : Our shower handle broke and I was not able to shower at night. They told me they would move us to another room the next day. We were scheduled to go to the caverns the next day. When we got back from caverns I went to the front desk and the lady up front was really rude and unprofessional. They did give us another room that looked like it had not been swept. The pool was not cleaned either. I do not recommend this motel to anyone.

  : There was previous occupants food in refer.There was dried spilled shampoo in the bathroomThe back door lock to access hotel was broken, anyone could walk inIce machines were brokenManager offered no attempt to provide discount or credit when I brought these issues up at check out.. she just shrugged her shoulders and said that's how it is.

  : The toilet was broken, the phone didn’t work to call front desk, breakfast wasn’t served and they falsely didn’t provide that information when on website says breakfast is served, the water to the shower& tub didn’t turn on and not to mention the ceiling was sinking in, in the restroom.
