  : It was disgusting and smelled bad, the staff was extremely rude when I brought up everything wrong with the room and they wouldn’t refund me for it just called me a liar

  : Location. Bed was comfortable.
  : The property is now called Hometown Inn & Kitchen. The property needed renovations and was in the process of doing so. The refrigerator had leftover spilled and dried up food. The full breakfast was anything but. The pancake machine had an error code that stated it needed a new bag of batter. The juice machine (Apple/orange) did not work. There was no fruit. The only employee there was continually on his phone seated in the lobby. We left to get breakfast elsewhere.

  : The TV didn’t work. There were feces smeared on the wall outside the bathroom. The bathtub looked old and scratched up. The toilet handle stuck and the microwave was dirty. The man at the front desk was asleep when we arrived and there were dead roaches in the lobby. The hotel also had a different name.

  : Was evacuated from a fire from Ruidoso, New Mexico, and it was a place to stay.
  : Me the reservation few hours in advance since there was nothing available and Ruidoso and had been evacuated from the town of Ruidoso and upon arrival they said I had no room. Not to mention they argued with me about having a reservation, although I have the reservation number from booking.com. They were extremely rude and the rooms were filthy. Such a disappointment, especially going through the devastating emergency we were going through. Moved to another hotel.

  : It was difficult to find bc the name on Booking does not match the actual location - something by Choice & Ocotillo Bar and Grill; the woman checking me in was not very friendly or approachable, she gave the older gentleman in front of me a 2nd story room and when he asked if there was an elevator she said no but did not offer him a downstairs room (poor customer service); the whole room, beds, and bathroom were dirty - floors covered in dirt and small roaches - bed sheets/spreads all stained - did not even use the shower - the toilet would not flush and I had to take the tank lid off and fix the chain myself to get the toilet to flush. When I checked out I did bring this all to the gentleman at checkout attention and he gave a small discount and said that they are remodeling and cannot keep the bugs out. I do not recommend.
