  : The staff were friendly, quiet, the cat was a nice touch. Shower was hot, bed was clean, roof over head worked! It was sufficient for a 2 night stay. I thought it would be a bit neater, cleaner.It was fine, like not bad just fine and not necessarily fine dining fine.
  : The room was small and a bit cramped, a bit dingy and dusty. The house felt like it could do with a thorough spring clean although it wasn't dirty per se, just dusty and slightly dingy. If you don't have a problem with 3rd year student housing then this is for you. Parking wasn't great, I was told the alley behind the house a car was set on fire. Parking on the road is chock-a-blocked. Lucky to find spaces.

  : Location where is acceptable. Easy access to bus route as its right outside the door.
  : Sadly, it needs an update on the decor and I dont like the shared bathroom as you can hear people doing their business in there all through the night . Sadly, some guests come in very loud through the evening and early hours of the morning and the door to the rooms are very heavy to hold. I have mobility issues so I wish I had known beforehand it was lucky. I took my son with me or I would not of been able to stay as long as I did. Shame we did not know about the breakfast, not being available toast and cereal placed outside your door wouldve been useful. As I need to take my medicine with food.
