A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the swimming pool is open from 09:30 to 19:30.

A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Guests are not allowed to check-in after 23:00.

Electricity is charged extra and will be calculated at check-out based on consumption. The average cost amounts to EUR 30 per week for apartmnets and around EUR 70 or EUR 80 for villas with swimimg pool.
