  : there were some incredibly helpful and lovely staff. the Pool was great.
  : the hotel had only just opened for the season so the room smelled musty and damp and they werent able to offer us an alternative. there were a few translation issues on the menu (peaches instead of fish (pesca/pesce) meant for unexpected dishes!the need to prepay their cashless card wasnt something we had been made aware of prior to booking and was really inconvenient.

  : The colour of the water but not the sharp stones from itLorenzo is the best waiter! Served us with delicious wine and I'm not exaggerating when I'm saying that the wine and the colour of the water were THE BEST thinga from Cala Luas!Beautiful swimming pool.
  : Remote location, very isolated, basic in the middle of nowhere. The beach is terrible . It's the WORST beach I've been in my life. One step in and it's already deep - so don't go with kids there! Once you get out from the sea the stones from the beach are so sharp, like the niddles. Very, very, very bad experience!!Had big expectations, the pictures look really nice but in the reality you'd just be wasting your money. Disappointed about Sardinia and how beautiful other places are.Food: average.The night shift male receptionist wasn't friendly.There is no WiFi!We were mandatorily charged 6/day/person for the umbrella and the sunbeds and that's a scam as there were no people sitting on that beach.That's not a 4 star hotel, they don't even offer you a free bottle of water!If you want to use the bar, they're not accepting cash/ cards, they'd oblige you to top up their card.Avoid!

  : Unfriendly staff!Pool is not deep enough only 120-140 as deepest, good for kids but not for everyone, and it is to crowded, an tragic accident happened in the pool when we where there and i believe that lifeguard would have noticed this quicker if pool was not overcrowded.Beach, looks so nice on pictures, its pebble beach and deep directly close to beach so i was afraid when my 10 yo went in to the water, dont believe the picturesManagement is poor, doesnt listen toguests, only think about money.., wich leads me in to the so called comfort card they force you to buy and charge because their bars do not except cash or cards.., it doesnt take longer for the barstaff to put the creditcard in the machine than their comfortcard, just feels like a fraud.I will not recommend this Hotel to my worst enemy!!

  : Nice wide, empty beach, part sand/part pebble. Beautiful landscaped area with lantana, bougainvillea and oleander plants all over the place.
  : Expected tastier food. Wristband system is not my cup of tea.
