  : Location was great. Close to main center of Cape Coral. 30 minute drive to Ft. Myers Beach or Sanibel. House came with all kinds of amenities such as bikes, kayaks, pool floats, coolers for the beach, beach chairs, etc. Early check-in was much appreciated since I had my parents with me and my dad needed to rest after our early morning flight.
  : I wasn't notified until the night before our stay that the bed in the master bedroom was broken and could not be fixed until a few days into our stay. This was a significant issue since my elderly parents were the ones staying in that room and it was impossible to sleep on the side of the bed that was sagging. On our 3rd day there, the handyman arrived early in the morning, without prior notice, to fix it however my parents were still sleeping and he couldn't come in. I asked him to come back in one hour and he said "no problem". I got a text from the management company that there was a misunderstanding and he wasn't coming back and couldn't come again until the following week. After a text conversation with the management company about the unacceptable nature of the bed, they eventually found someone else to come and fix it.
