WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

No parking available.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 10 per person per stay when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please inform Florella République Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of EUR 750 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

The property does not have a reception. They will send you check-in instructions after booking. The balance of your reservation is due by credit card upon arrival.

Extra beds are available at an additional cost, however the maximum occupancy of the accommodation must be respected.

Chèques Vacances holiday vouchers are an accepted method of payment.

Please note that breakfast must be ordered 3 days before arrival.

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pets are allowed on request at an extra charge of EUR 5 per day.

Please note that guests must leave the apartment as cleaned as found upon arrival. The bins must be emptied and the dishes done. If not, a fee between EUR 35 and EUR 50 will be charged.
