A damage deposit of EUR 750 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
The property does not have a reception. They will send you check-in instructions after booking. Extra beds are available at an additional cost, however the maximum occupancy of the accommodation must be respected. Chèques Vacances holiday vouchers are an accepted method of payment. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pets are allowed on request at an extra charge of EUR 5 per day. Please note that guests must empty the bins and wash the dishes before check-out. A fee ranging from EUR 35 to EUR 50 will apply if guests do not comply with these rules.
