  : It was in a great location for where we needed to be visiting friends who live nearby and the amenities over the road were great. Comfortable and spacious apartment.
  : Someone in an adjoining property at the end of the corridor was banging late at night, friday night after 10:30pm and Saturday night just after 9:30pm. At first we thought someone was banging on the door at the bottom of the corridor but it was coming from the wall to the right. Having small children with us this woke them, it didn't last long but still woke them up.

  : 1.Demands from hosts / company for payment before release of check in details.2. E mails from hosts emphasising no entry to property before 3pm - warning us of expensive early check in costs 3. Unclear description of access to property which was via a back garden / double patio doors .4. Cleanliness: Unpleasant smell on entry; dirty sofa with food crumbs on ; grubby bathroom & black mould on sealant around shower ; black hair on the bed sheet; no hand wash or sanitizer provided - as being done by all other properties we have stayed in !5. Heating & hot water not working on arrival - resulting in several phone calls to get agents to organise repair ( meaning maintenance entering the property during stay ... not good inCOVID times!)6. Unclear WiFi instructions resulting in yet more phone calls to & from agents to get access.7. No return of damage deposit refund until we chased this 3 weeks later !!All of this added to our stress levels as purpose of the visit was to visit critically ill relative in Hospital and not to deal with constant calls from agents about problems with the property !

  : The location was very good, within walking distance of the train station. The apartment was large and spacious.We got prompt response by email to all issues and questions. A maintenance person was sent promptly to deal with a beeping fire alarm battery. Internet reception was excellent.
  : There was no lock on the bathroom door, nor did the door close properly. That should be seen to.

  : 1、the hotel location is good, not far from the train station, opposite to the supermarket, next to the restaurant, life is more convenient.2、after entering the room, everything else is ok, the kitchen is relatively complete, the room is also clean.
  : 1. Our check-in and check-out didn't go well. I had noted the arrival time in the booking before check-in, and the address description in the welcome email was not detailed. The first time I called customer service and said I would call back in 5 minutes, no one called back. We called back and the staff said she was at the hills road hotel in Oxford. She did not know this situation, said in the welcome email should have a password to open the key box to get the key. During the call, the phone was disconnected again, and the third communication was transferred to other departments. Finally, he told us the key box password and entered the room smoothly. It took a full hour from the time we started calling and asking to the time we finally entered the room. Afterwards, I was thinking that it happened to be a working day and it was 2 PM. If the time is late, the customer service is off duty, or if it is the weekend, the customer service phone is not answered (we left the weekend before the customer service call to ask how to check out, no one answered the phone), if our spoken English level is not good, can not communicate smoothly, wouldn't we have to sleep on the street today.2, into the room, the first is a long narrow corridor, there are two doors in the corridor, one is our door, the other I see no keyhole outside the door, I thought the door is locked, can not be used. But three days into our stay, we stumbled upon another door in the narrow hallway that could be opened from the inside. Before that, every time we went out during the day, we only locked the front door, and the door in the corridor was not locked, which made me feel a little uneasy.3、I found that there were no Windows to open in the whole room. Only the glass door leading to the small garden could be opened to change the air. It feels stuffy to sleep in the bedroom at night.

  : Couldn’t actually find how to get into the property, the information on the check in details would help as I had to call twice, I couldn’t find the gate fob to open the gates then got lost trying to figure out how to get into the property

  : Nice, quiet apartment with good facilities. We liked that it was close to the train station and only a 20min walk to the city centre. Would recommend.
  : Unfortunately there was a loud dripping sound in one of the bedrooms and we couldn't tell where it was coming from (maybe upstairs?)
