  : Its been three weeks since my family & I stayed at the SeaOtter Inn. A week before we stayed, I received an email from the property informing me that they had oversold their sea view rooms and given that we had booked one, they would refund us $100 and facilitate a room switch. We were disappointed but fine with the arrangement. Once we arrived at the property, we were informed that they in fact, could not refund the $100 despite previously suggesting they would. They said it was a Booking.com issue and I would have to contact them. They blamed Booking.com for overselling the rooms. I found it strange that the onus would be placed on us to resolve given the issue was on the side of the property. Despite multiple attempts to resolve with Booking.com, I have simply been told they are still working with the property. This is immensely frustrating given we stayed there three weeks ago and were promised by the property that they would resolve quickly. I also want to add that the manager refused to speak with me and instead, communicated through the front of house staff member about our issue. I found this to be incredibly rude and lacking empathy for the situation they created.

  : Room was nice and clean, tv, fire (couldnt figure out how to turn that on though) and air con / heater. Shower room & a room with microwave kettle and coffee making materials! Breakfast is hung on your door in a cute basket. Fresh oj
  : It was all good tbh, If youre not a couple / close friendship the bathroom door could have been an issue - it was slid all the way into the wall and didnt know it existed until I did some investigating.

  : The location is amazing, and the hotel is very nice. The only problem is that they don't stand behind what they sell...
  : I purchased a room for 6 people, they provided me with a room that had two sofa beds that didn't fit open. The hotel didn't even open it for us... when I tried call the manager, it took me forever, and after I managed to get a response from her, she just said... this is what we have, deal with it.

  : Being near the ocean & the ability to walk along the boardwalk to see the beautiful natural habitat was priceless.Having a warm breakfast served in the morning was grateful. Thankful for the pet friendly hotel. Our Lilly loved the ocean air & the walk along the boardwalk.
  : The bed was hard, and there were "holes" where everyone had laid since it was new.
