  : The location is great, the room is nice, the host is amazing and very responsive. But It is pricey comparing to Rome.
  : Only 2 things: 1. The air condition is very weak, and I had to open the window during my sleep as it was too hot for me.2. The Wifi is a disaster, but it is the same everywhere, even 4G is too bad!

  : We travelled as a couple to visit my family in Sardinia. We really liked the location, the generous size of the room and the interiors that were new and well selected. The bathroom and shower were great! There is a mini fridge with free bottles of water. The staff was very friendly and the room get cleaned very often (more often than everywhere else we stayed before). Although we did not purchase any breakfast, we were told to help ourselves with cakes and pastries from the communal kitchen and that was also a nice plus! Overall we will definitely consider coming back to this nice b&b!
  : We found the pillows a bit uncomfortable as the main one was thin and long. Also the air-con is centralized and it was not possible to turn it off on will, or change the temperature. It is warm in Cagliari so it is not a big issue, however we both prefer to be able to change it or turn it off during the night.

  : The apartment is nice.
  : The air conditioning is only one for the entire three/four rooms apartment so you cannot control it. The temperature difference was to high: maximum 22 deg in our room, comparing to 32-34 deg outside. We've were told by the guest that at night the AC will be stopped but it worked at full capacity and we did get a cold.

  : The furnishings and the decor were beautiful; like mew. The rain shower was fantastic. The garden view from the breakfast room was very relaxing. Francesca was extremely friendly and helpful.
  : The AC was not very cold.
