  : I really enjoyed the room, the place, the neighbourhood, the availability and the flexibility of the landlord in case of an issue or a question. It was nice place to stay in. Thank you Veronika.
  : Cleaning could have been better : I stayed for a week, and no one cleaned once my room. I feel, I always had to ask to get something, which made me feel uncomfortable. For the price I was expecting a bit more pro activity from the landlord to make my stay more comfortable, such as, like sending tips from the beginning , checking for the breakfast, checking for the cleaning. The breakfast was outside the place which was not convenient and unfortunately they could not meet my diet. There was no iron table which would have been very helpful. My friends who stayed in other places in the area received a different treatment for a similar price.

  : Close to the centre of Cagliari- 20 minute walk or you could catch the bus Check in was very simple- all instructions were sent prior to check in, even with videos of how to access the apartment. The property was very clean and the room was a very good size with a lovely en-suite The breakfast was just a short walk away from the hotel where an Italian style breakfast was served e.g coffee and croissant (which was amazing!) Would highly recommend this B&B
