: The location is great, close to most areas of the city. The cooker, hob and washing machine all worked well. Access to a drying area for clothes on the roof is useful if you plan to stay for more than a few days.
: The bedroom is directly below the toilet of the flat above, you can hear EVERYTHING! There is an unpleasant smell emanating from under the sink area, may be drains, may be the washing machine. A building at the rear of the duplex is undergoing complete renovation (the entire internal structure is being removed), as a result, the hammering was very intrusive at times although this was confined to normal working hours. There is only one window downstairs directly above the door which you need to keep covered to have any privacy so that area is rather dark. The stairs to other floors overlook the bedroom window upstairs and so no privacy without the curtains or blinds being drawn.The access to the property via the Hoomvip app didn't work well as the app was glitchy at times.

: The location was perfect. The apartment had almost everything we needed. Moreover, the beds and pillows were very comfortable.
: The worst part was the check-in process. We had to register in the third party application and provide our personal data (in Google play this application has 61 reviews and rating 3.1 -> so nothing reliabile) and we had problems because the app was not recognising some documents so moreover, we lost a lot of time. Also, there was a deposit mentioned in the description. We could choose to pass through their office till 20:00 (super not convenient for our plans) or to send the data of our credit card through WhatsApp. So now, again, someone has the exact data of my card and I find it super unreliable.Regarding the apartment, it had no natural light and neither air. It was a little noisy when neighbors were passing by (quite often because the apartment is located next to the stairs). Also, there was no salt.
