: The entire check-in process was digital and was a breeze. Hosts were incredibly service-oriented. Very friendly people. The location of the apartment was terrific. 10-15 minutes walking distance of all major attractions and smack in the middle of the old town center. Did not use a car or a taxi for the entire 2 days that we were there. We loved our stay at the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed the city. There is an amazing square just 2 minutes walk from the apartment with lots of bars and restaurants where you can have dinner and/or drinks and just chill out the entire evening... Stay here and avoid the hotels further away from the center along the large beaches further west of downtown. The apartment was squeaky clean, everything worked and the place was very spacious.
: I am a relatively tall person (1.90 meters) and the bed was slightly tight for me and the Mrs. We managed but a slightly bigger bed would have been useful. This is literally the only critic I can think of and to be honest, it would not stop me from staying here again as we loved the place so much!

: The apartment was beautiful and ideally situated in the city.
: We did not really meet any staff. The lock for the main door and the apartment were operated remotely which was not easy initially and quite stressful. A member of staff did come to help eventually but could not speak a word of English . It did work well in the end but there was a constant concern it may not work which would mean we could not get in and the office has very limited hours. I would never book another remotely operated door again !

: great location, well equipped.
: no natural light at all apart from internal courtyard. You therefore have no idea what the weather is like until you step out.really didnt like the electronic key system. The door automatically locked you in the apartment, felt like being locked in a prison cell, nice cell but still that feeling trapped feeling.The towels were very inferior to the feel of the apartment. The bath, shower towel more like a hand towel and tired looking.
