  : The apartment has all you need for a short stay in Cadiz: Beach and historic Center proximity, quiet, spacious and well equipped. No contact with the owner was necessary as everything works through a dedicated website/app, even to open the door.

  : Cozy, pretty clean apartment, close to the center of the old town. Walking distance to the cathedral, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Easy communication with the host.
  : The toilet seat was broken (we've seen a bunch of comments, and expected to see it resolved by the time we'd enter). Breakfast was really disappointing. I was at least hoping I'd get a slice of gluten-free bread, which was provided in the "select breakfast menu" email that was shared by the host. Didn't happen. We didn't touch anything, but walked to a supermarket instead and bought fresh stuff. Also, there was only one roll of toilet paper in the apartment. Too little for 7 people in the apartment...

  : Very good and comfortable appartment. Easy to access. the beach is very close to the appartment also a huge range of restaurants and cafes nearby.

  : The location was beach-perfect!The coffee machine delivered, nicely!Also the air conditioning was a life saver!
  : Too many things in poor condition:The toilet lid-seat was broken (never a happy thing - least of all when its the only toilet to be used by 4 persons;the toaster cable was burnt and the side of the toaster had melted;there were kitchen closet doors, bathroom door frames, etc with glaringly ugly damage - unbefitting of a place that claims to be properly kept!Ive stayed in places around Cdiz like this - in the same area and for a very similar price - and been treated to facilities in far better condition.We wrote to the owners; they wrote back, promising a same-day technician, whod come and put things right.No one ever showed up!

  : Location of the apartment near to centrum, and general was very clean. The breakfast provided was amazing. Also was very warm, with good Wi-Fi and the water was still warm after 6 persons shower! The communication was amazing and they let us put the bags before the check in.
  : The microwave needs a support.
