  : We expected to be able to enter the property but had to ring the owner to let us in and then when we entered the apartment the front door keys were in there??????? Booked this apartment as I am in a wheelchair and was told it was wheelchair friendly. Could not get into the bedroom as the entrance was too narrow for the wheelchair. Had to sleep on the sofa!
  : Not even a bottle of water in the fridge. Not very welcoming.

  : very good location. Clean and excellent facilities.
  : Check in was not very smooth. The company owning this property requires a registration form to be filled online. The door also did not open as described in the instructions and it took an hour to be able to enter the apartment. I recommend this apartment for few days stay but if you stay in Cadiz for one night, as in my case, every minute counts.

  : Good location , quiet
  : Parking was a big problem- nearest park house was closed. Entry with door code was complicated and depended on good phone connectivity. Without code , one cannot exit the building , which is a worry eg in emergency. It was difficult to find the apartment esp by car . It took us 1 hour after arrival to enter apartment, inc finding, parking and using the door code

  : Great location and everything ran smoothly with the app to get into the apartment. It was very clean.
  : The heating in the living room didn't really work so my husband and son who stayed in there were freezing all night and there was only one blanket provided for two double beds. Although I'm not usually a fan of soft furnishings this place could definitely have done with a few paintings or something to brighten it up a bit as it was very sparse. There wasn't enough hot water for 4 of us to have a shower either.

  : Perfect location! Spacious apartment.
  : We were 3 people, sleeping arrangements were only for 2. The third person needed to sleep on the couch (which is ok, that's what it said on the booking), but there were no beddings (sheet, pillow, blanket, covers, etc). There were dirty towels in closets and in the bathroom.

  : The flat is in the city center of Cadiz and yet not in the middle of the chaos. The neighborhood where the flat is located offers a nice variety of bars, restaurants and has a few supermarkets close by. The self check in worked amazing, its super easy to use and avoids issues connected to language barriers. I also very much appreciate that the flat is pet friendly, as not many hotels and accommodations in Spain allow dogs in their structures. I think the flat is a good compromise if you are a couple or a family of three, otherwise it gets a bit crowded in my opinion.
  : The flat was decently cleaned, however I found it a bit empty.. there was no towel to dry the dishes, no hand soap in the bathroom its minor things, but its always nice to have those details to make the stay a bit more comfortable. The flat is also not sound proof, meaning that if theres noise from the outside during the night, you wake up - however, its noises coming from the pipes and stuff like that, it wasnt like there was a party outside, to be fair :) My parents slept on the bed, I slept on the sofa bed.. it wasnt the most comfortable thing in the world, but overall, it was fine.
