  : Location was beautiful - right on the lake so always a lovely view. Large Lodge - very spacious, clean and luxurious. Clear instructions on how to get into site and lodge along with a welcome call to ensure everything was alright for us. Hot tub was lovely and clean.
  : Check in time was 4pm so quite late in day, check out was 10am which is quite early. Big turn around time which would be understandable however, we had to remove the linen from beds ourselves and place in bin bags for collection. Also had to empty bins. I dont mind doing this but wouldn't expect to for the price it is.

  : I think the property could have been cleaned better before better . there was bird poo all over the windowsthe window sills were covered in dead fliesthe carpets needed a decent hoover on them

  : we had no outdoor furniture to use whilst using the hot tub. I did report this and was told I will do what I can but none turned up and call to update us.

  : I wasn't happy with not being able to talk to someone as and when I needed to. If nobody can be on site it would be great if calls could be answered straight away.

  : everything was perfect absolutely beautiful lodge spotless clean comfortable beds I will definitely be coming back
  : the only thing I dident like about the lodge was flys which I believe is because its so close to the lake with the ducks apart from this everything was perfect

  : The property inside was beautiful modern and clean but on arrival I took the lid of the hot tub to find it was filthy I called the manager who said she would send someone first thing the next day so that was a full evening of no hot tub she came round the next morning at 9am with a box of chemicals I asked her what she was going to do as the tub was filthy she said someone must have gone init after it has been cleaned at 2pm that day she was very rude to me when discussing the issue she told me I could go home and she would refund my money or have a late check not once did she mention cleaning it out and refilling it Id driven 3 hrs to enjoy the hot weather the lodge and the hot tub and paid 306 for the stay when I said that to her she told me to be quiet as others had paid more for their lodges I was horrified what did that have to do with me and my issue when I said the tub was filthy and I wanted it cleaned and the water changed she said ok but there was nobody on site to do it so she would do it it took her two hrs to do this so more hrs missed enjoying the tub when filled she over filled it and filled it with cold water and said I would have to wait for it to warm up but I should be ok with the temperature because all other guests had turned theirs down due to the hot weather I have fibromyalgia and getting in cold water would cause me pain she told me I could leave the lid of to help but it would be full of bugs because thats life absolute no customer service manners what so ever she also called me 20 minutes before arrival to tell me the control panel on the tub was hanging out but was totally safe and that a new part had been ordered from America when I saw it with my own eyes I was scared it was going to be knocked in the tub and electrocute us home farm park is beautiful the location is peaceful and as I said the lodge was clean modern but the manager needs to be more respectful when she is dealing with complaints and the hot tubs obviously need...
