  : The grounds were really beautiful and you can see just how well kept they were. The cottage was really warm and the beds were comfortable.
  : I think there could be a thin radiator in the kitchen it was very cold to cook in and the floor was too. Also maybe some bigger pans.

  : The site itself was clean, and the cottage was OK for our few nights' stay.
  : Location: You need a car unless you are a walker. There is no bus to travel any where unless you walk in to Burgh Le Marsh which is about a mile and half away, down a country lane, across a main road and down a foot path through a field which is a bit tricky with children in toe. Going out at night for a meal meant one of us had to be designated driver as a taxi cost us 18 each way to Burgh Le Marsh!!! on the one occasion, we did book one.

  : Location, lakes unfortunately didn't get to fish
  : Property a bit basic, could have been cleaned better. Simple things like bin in living room lack of instructions on kitchen appliances, lamps in bedrooms that worked.

  : Great location for the events we were there to see. Not much else really.
  : No toilet paper or towels were included in the price therefore we had to source some locally, whereas we would have taken them had we known.
