: The apartment is very spacious, there is a TV in all rooms and both of the bedrooms are equally furnished and comfortable. The host was very friendly and came 4 times day after day to repair the water heater so not let us without hot water. What I like about the location is that downstairs there is a pharmacy, mini supermarket and vegetable and fruit shop. 3 minutes from the apartment there is a bus stop for main buses including the one for airport and Sarafovo district. Same as on the pictures except of the sofa area. There were enough clean towels and sheets to change during the stay.
: All home All home devices were new and modern but were not maintained good. The water heater broke down 4 times, the fridge was not cooling so we used second one left, the hot water kettle was not working properly too. The location is 20 minutes walking from the beach which must be kept in mind if you are with children. Probably the previous guests were with a dog because the sofa area was dirty, smelling of pee and there was a flea or fleas, because after sitting on the sofa my legs were bitten.

: The apartment was pretty clear and well-equipped even with a nice Lavazza coffee capsule machine. The host was really helpful and kind. It was a value for money, I would definitely go back :)The beach in Burgas is really nice, not as overcrowded as in Sunny beach.
: Parking was a tough challenge, you can hardly find any place in front of the apartment,or even around the corner. The garage is nonusable as it's narrow,really steep, and it's in a bad condition,but the host warned us about it.The beach is quite far, it takes apx. 30 minutes to get there by foot.
