  : The location was good.
  : During my stay, the apartment was shockingly dirty, with stained sheets. To make matters worse, the security arrangement was quite concerning, as the rooms and the building door shared the same key. The most unsettling part was witnessing a public disturbance involving individuals that appeared to be engaging in inappropriate activities near the building, and later observing two of them entering the hotel premises. This overall experience was disappointing and uncomfortable.

  : - administration os terrible, I have to ask 10 times and wait whole day yo get an answer about how yo check-in and check-out- strong smell of smoke in the apartment- terrible smell of sewerage in the bathroom, I should keep door always clothed- bad mattress- dirty cutlery- one key for the apartment and main door downstairs, so each person who has a key from the main door could open my apartment. Because the lock is one for the main door. Very weird!

  : The location was good. Its in a nice neighbourhood located close to the sea garden and the city centre. Further there was good air conditioning in both rooms which is a must for Burgas in the summer because it is extremely hot and humid. Had a nice big fridge, a decent kitchen with a working washing machine. I didnt actually try the other appliances but they seemed to be in decent shape although could have been cleaned better. The beds were comfortable, although the pillows were a bit too small.
  : Upon arrival the cleaning was not up to standard. In the rooms it was clean but in the kitchen you could tell that the details were glanced over and mostly the bathroom area was not cleaned properly and there was only one shampoo left and the other one was used and just left in the shower cabin. Speaking of the cabin it was ridiculously small, it was almost impossible to actually shower IN it. I dont even understand why put a cabin there if itll be so small that a tiny person like myself can hardly fit in it might as well just leave the shower without a cabin would have been immensely more comfortable. All the above mentioned details are negligible though. What I really found unacceptable is that the same key that opens the front door to the hotel also opens the apartment door Once youre inside there is an additional lock so while youre in youre fine but the moment you go out anybody that has a key to the front door (aka all the other guests) can come into your apartment So yeah if youve got stuff worth stealing with you then you might wanna take em with you or lock them in the bathroom or something cuz I didnt see a safe either.

  : Location is good.
  : The room was dusty and not very clean. In the cupboard I located some utensils and glasses. Actually, I was searching for a cup, but found one, which was broken. Please replace it before someone gets hurt. The room is used , however all necessary stuff are there. Good cleaning is required.
