  : The location is great, all is within walking distance, very close to St. Stephens' Basilica and Elizabeth bridge The place has everything you need for your stay. The hosts were very kind and even offered us an option to leave our luggage in their office on the next street as our flight was late in the evening.
  : The central heating starts on 15 October so it would be good to have a small heater as some evenings in September were cold.

  : Location of the apt is excellent, central to all shops, restaurants & the river front. A good roomy studio apt accessible with lifts.
  : The management agency initially did not provide us with the required instructions to access their offices and we had to wait 10~15 mins to finally get instructions to go up to their office to drop our luggage as we were there before the checkin time. When we could finally checkin to the unit, we found out that the door has a funny, old fashion separate deadlock system across the lower portion. The main lock for the door has a double deadlock system and combined with the second old fashion deadlock, if you do not know the sequence and how to operate the keys correctly, it can sometimes take you about 10~15 mins to actually open this main door to the apt. When requested to arrange a taxi/hired car to the airport, the arranged hired car was waiting at a nearby MacDonald's eatery instead of coming into the street of the apt with the driver angry at us for not coming out to where he was - incorrectly informing us that hired cars & taxis cannot come into the street when a few taxis were picking up their fares from our street. This was contrary to the agreed premium price with specific instructions to pick us up in front of the unit.In short, the rental management agency is inefficient, lacks initiative and proper communication protocols and are unreliable.

  : Neither terrace nor balcony, to me it was not a problem but keep it in mind if you plan to stay more than the time needed to take a shower and sleep

  : The position in the city center and the cleaning of the apartment
  : After paying the apartament on booking.com the surprises come soon. The Staff sends many messages on the booking chat. If you arrive before the check in time you have to go to an office in another street to leave your luggage. They will send you lots of steps to follow on how to open the apartment door. Furthermore, it is very important to know that the day before check out they told us that we could not leave our luggage anywhere after our check out and we had to pay 13 euros for a luggage store in another street of the city. Furthermore, the television in the house did not work.

  : We loved the apartment. It was clean, warm and nicely decorated (we noticed that it had been re-decorated since the photos on Booking.com). The location is great for exploring the city. The communication was great and all information was given.
  : As the window has been blocked over in the bathroom, there is no air flow and the towels don't dry properly before you need to use them again. I think having an extractor fan installed would help the issue. We did notice that after a few days the apartment started to smell a bit musty. We opened the windows when we were there, but that wasn't much as we were out most of the time.

  : The location is amazing!!! Couldnt get a better location for our stay. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need.
  : One of the windows doesnt have a handle and is not fully closed. In the early morning you can hear everything thats going on in the street which is not ideal. It is not a busy street at all so its okay.

  : Great location for many major sights of Budapest. In the shopping district on a quiet street. Large well equipped apartment with good aircon Staff allowed us to leave luggage and were very helpful!
  : Bed could have been a bit more comfortable
