Convenient apartment in the heart of downtown

  : The apartment is located centrally within 5 to 10 mins' walking distance of touristic places. The entrance was quite easy.
  : Unfortunately, there were hairballs on the floor and shower. I also found a couple of hair strands on my pillow. The sheets were stained and they didn't smell fresh at all. When we brought this matter up to the landlord, they insisted that the sheets were clean. After some talking, we finally got ourselves a new sheet. They could be more helpful and quick about the situation cause we had to sleep on those sheets. They sent a cleaning lady to mop the floors the next day but without vacuuming, the hairs cannot be magically removed from the floor just by mopping so hairballs were still there when we returned to our room. Super disappointing.

  : The location was perfect as said. It was mainly cleaned although on all corners and edges had dust.
  : When we arrived I had a shower. My wife noticed that the left cabin door was out of the driver but I didn't give too much attention because I was tired and I needed a shower. When I finished while opening this left door left completely the driver hanged on air hit my back and dropped down . Of course it broke I had small cuts at my hand back and legs. I contacted immediately the host telling him what happened that I had no serious injury thankfully and that although the equipment had a problem, I was ready to pay for a part of the damage cause it happened on my watch and we didn't have a good look through check in due to tiredness. We also asked for a hoover and broom to pick most of the glasses, we had our daughter 1.5 with so you understand. He was unable to provide us with a hoover and broom so we waited for the cleaner next day. Next day I received a message that the repairman went the door doesn't change so he asked to pay for the whole cabin 600 and his assistant was coming the next morning to take it in cash. Then I seeked help through the booking platform. Firstly we didn't have that amount at just a short notice and secondly even if I had we didn't broke it on purpose nor at false handling. His attitude was unprofessional he wasn't able to talk to find a solution. He wanted only as much money as possible. Most booking delegates were helpful his demands cut on half but he was asking immediately for the money and not in a good manner or to check out his room. The last Greek booking delegate (Elli...) I spoke failed to understand what I told her and she assured him that I give the money same day. I said to her that this was the max amount that I can give but his way of manners was unacceptable. He told us to check out the room .

  : Perfect location in the heart of Budapest. Best quality/price ratio for the season. Clean and huge accommodation.
  : The Wi-Fi connection did not work at all.

  : Easy to get the key, good location, cozy, warm and light apartment, nice view. The kitchen and bathroom are separated from the living room, which allows coming back when another person is already sleeping. Except for the bed, there's a couch and a chair, so it's cozy.
  : Only the minor things: we'd appreciate two keys (I was staying with a friend, and we were not always together), but we were using the key box. Also, the water in the shower is not too hot, but it's sufficiently warm. The toaster in the kitchen doesn't work properly, but it still works somehow. The bed is quite soft.

  : Some of the best parts of the apartment are the location, cleanliness, and heating. By walking one can reach many of the attractions from the apartment and plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets are available around the location. The bed was comfortable and the bed linen and towels were good as Hotel.

  : The apartment was dirty, with dust everywhere and hair on the bed. Only Hungarian tv channels, netflix was not working on TV.

  : No space for your clothes - no wardrobe.The bathroom was not very clean, there was hair left on the floor and in the toilet and it was not very pleasant.
