  : We stayed one night in Wisteria which was a double/ twin room. The room was stunning and extremely comfortable. We slept well in extremely comfortable beds and the room was very spacious with lovely decor. The bathroom was also large with a good shower/ bathtub. We enjoyed our breakfast which was well cooked and there were a number of options.
  : There was some initial confusion over the room as a member of staff didn't realise the double bed could be made into twin beds. However this was sorted out in the end and we were very happy with the room. For the size and quality it was good value. The windows didn't open however so we couldn't air the room. As I suffer from asthma this was not ideal. The only other minor gripe was there was no fruit juice offered at breakfast which was rather surprising. However, breakfast was good overall.

  : the heating didn’t work in the bedroom. radiators were off and it was -2 outside! when tried to call reception in the morning about this there was no answer . no car park

  : Miss information given with regards parking. Almost got a ticket. Two guests did! Only one bed in room for two female friends. It was supposed to be family room? Waited 2 hours to get sorted
