  : Location, a bath and clean modern bedroom.
  : Poor service and poor control of rowdy guests Didn’t like moving around the breakfast area with hot cups of tea instead of using teapot. Children around also. Poor standard of breakfast.

  : Lovely beds. Clean and fresh smelling rooms. Staff helpful
  : 1am party with children running up and down corridor. No night porter controlling this. Small fridge in room would have been helpfulLoose toilet roll holder, same as last year and no toilet brush. Slippy bath base. Could be lethalVariable prices charged for the rooms depending on how in advance you booked. We booked one year in advance but cancelled and rebooked the week of our stay. Saving £90 for the weekend. This is unacceptable behaviour from a company who charge more then to fill rooms charge less! Consist prices please

  : We stayed for 2 nights, when we got there the room was lovely, went to bed early as we were tired from travelling. The following morning we got up early had breakfast which was lovely.When we returned that night there was no clean towels and the bedroom wasn't touched.There was no remote for the tv either.The room wasn't cleaned after our first night and we weren't given any clean towels.We went to the bar shortly after 10pm and after 2/3 drinks they just closed the bar without any warning.We thought as residents we should of been given at least an extra hour at the bar as I thought residents would have access to the bar later than a walk in customer.Manager was very rude on duty that night. He barely spoke to any of us and was rather ignorant if I'm honest.Brackley is a lovely area and all the staff were very helpful except for the ignorant manager.Will visit Brackley again but wouldn't be to keen in staying there again.

  : Noisy from above late into the night and early morning, below average breakfast, overpriced room
