  : Our first visit was in march thats why we came back .Everything was perfect in that Time ,nice and clean .The staff was very helpfull .This time also the guy from the reception was nice and also the room attendent.I cannot say the same of the lady from the reception ,the blondy.The roon attendent was very helpfull next day when I mention that the drain was block .She took imiditly action . We like the location of the hotel .
  : In the first night we had some issues with the bathroom .The drain was blocked and the lady from the reception was looking like I distutb her when I ask for a bucket and a mop to wipe the floor .In the same night we want it to make the bed and in the wardrobe was the bed sheet ,,clean ,,full with hair of a dog.Again we ask the lady from the reception to have a clean sheet and again She was looking like distutbed .Instead of apologising She asked us ,,where we found the bed sheet like it was our fault . In the day we left I checked the room to dont leave something behind and I found 3 empty bottles under the sofa which didn't belong to us.

  : The hotel is located on the main street,close to supermarkets, train station and cable car. We were allowed to check in a bit earlier.
  : Even if the reception looks nice, the room's furniture was old and there was a constant bad smell coming from the bathroom. Also, the pillows and the mattress were too old - we couldn't sleep properly.
