  : Walking distance to main parts, plenty of local facilities.Close to the train station.
  : Of very poor maintenance for premium money. One of the main double beds mattress totally collapsed along with broken leg. The main toilet door would not close by about 50cmreally not nice for the notably the ladies.The main bedroom curtain rail totally hanging of meaning you could not block street lights. The bathroom sink had a significant chunks broken leaving very sharp edges, toilet cistern always endeavouring to keep filling, the coffee machine had no coffee pods. The helpline number highlighted on kitchen door was wrong despite going through all the pre options.

  : There was no heating and no hot water. I had requested the sofa bed to be made up and they said 'after further consideration they would not be making up the bed'. It was advertised as one bedroom and living room with sofa bed. Do not advertise this way unless you can actually use the sofa bed!! When we phoned we were told they knew there was no heat and no hot water!! There was dirty laundry in hall way and the lift got stuck between floors. We checked out after 1 night...had booked 3 nights. They said they would refund us but the money never came into our bank account and they will not reply to messages. Booking.com should remove them from listing. There are so many bad reviews!!!

  : Loved the placement and the overall set up to the smart flat it was easy to check in etc but one down fall we had to turn on are own hit water which it doesn't show on the paper work left for us but other than that every thing was lovely but there was some overall damage to the property
  : The damage around the property on each floor going up stairs and in the apartment it self but the rooms was comfortable and overall nice

  : Lots of problems with our stay which could have been prevented and addressed however they never responded to my message about that. When I book a stay I expect privacy in the bedroom, one of the blinds in the main bedroom was on the floor and I can see from past reviews that this has been this way since November so they have had plenty of chance to correct this. The main bathroom is a health hazard especially for the asthmatic person who was staying with me due to the extreme mould in the shower. As the shower is constantly running our night sleeps were disturbed which is very disappointing. The apartment was not fully clean when we walked in, used tea bags on the side and even used sanitary wrapper products on the floor.The lift didnt work as we arrived which meant carrying a heavy suitcase up a staircase which was not adequately lit as half of the lights were not working properly, this is very dangerous. We were provided with an ironing board with no iron. When I messaged to ask where this could be located, the response was to look to through all the cupboards. Do you not think this is what I had thought to do first before contacting them? This apartment would have been fantastic when it was first done, just needs some TLC to make it up to standards again.

  : As usual, the location ideal and was very nice. Having stayed at the apartment before we knew what to expect, spacious rooms, clean and easy access to public transport and tourist attractions.
  : CUSTOMER SERVICE! We reported a blocked and overflowing toilet 10 minutes after checking in. We were fobbed off by the online support (via whatsapp) for the entirety of our stay (4 nights). Nobody came to fix the toilet so the smell of raw sewage was present the whole time, we had to use the towels provided to mop up the flooding and we were unable to use the toilet. our party consisted of a toddler, a pregnant woman and a person with mobility issues. We had no choice but to stay in unhygienic conditions. Further to this the lift was very temperamental to the point of us not risking using it. The stairwell is very steep and in parts almost in complete darkness due to lights not working. this was also reported but ultimately ignored. We were told that the customer services was manned by and external company. this does not excuse the lack of any action to remedy some significant health and safety issues. Minor issues such as no iron and broken window blinds were met with the same lack of resolution. Such a shame as we love the area and have stayed in the apartment before. You'll be fine as long as nothing goes wrong with the apartment and you need the host to sort it out.
