  : the room is great, great food, amazing location nearby the grand place!
  : I think having a door to close the room + bathroom setup would give a better sense of security.

  : the room is very cosy and quirky. the view of the square was fantastic, as was the location. the bed was very comfortable, and the property was warm and well stocked.
  : the staircase up to the bed felt a little unsafe. there is no guarding and the handrail isnt rigid. not a huge issue though. we had problems getting in to the property when we arrived, as we hadnt received instructions on how to access the key (which was in a lock box). we couldnt get in for 90 minutes after arrival, which was a shame as it was cold and raining.

  : Fantastic concept, right in the middle of things, yet high above. Great use of a small space to make it feel big. Unique art gallery location.
  : We were there on a weekday in February, wonder if could be noisy in summer but with windows closed, soundproofing was good. Looks to have AC unit if needed if too hot.

  : Advertising a property with the label HOTEL gives the impression this was going to be a hotel with a 24 hour reception. We were traveling and have limited email/text. so saying this is a hotel is false advertising. Extremely confusing/frustrating to get a key. Don't call non-hotels Hotels!!!!! This place is a fire trap. there were no emergency exists shown and as far as I can tell only one narrow staircase from the 6th floor. I would definitely NOT recommend this place.

  : Property is right on the Grande Place. its is clean and well maintained, and nicely decorated. The bed is comfortable, and the staff helpful and welcoming.
  : There are 2 properties, The Bulle up in the dome of the building(6th floor)and The Tiny(front of the building, 5th floor). The photos on the website are of both. We thought we had booked the Bulle, but apparently not- this needs to be clearer. It is described on site as glamping which is a reasonable description. If you are looking for 5 star Im afraid this isnt it. It is a little pricey, but you are paying for the location and the view, not the room.Finally, as stated elsewhere on this thread, its 5/6 flights of steep stairs, so challenging with heavy luggage or dodgy knees, and the stairs up to the bed in the Tiny would be a bit of a challenge too.

  : the view from the room, good heating, comfortable bed, cute decoration, very good location close to grand place car park, responsive staff, fast wifi.
  : the room on top is on the 6th floor of the building and the stairs for 4th 5th 6th floors are very small with spiral shape but that is expected from old historic building in most European cities. Inter parking grand place cost you 22 Euros / day.
