  : The location of the flat, as also and the view from the window was very nice! It's warm enough, it had clean towels & sheets.
  : The sofabed was a disaster. The mechanism of the sofa and the mattress were both defffective. There were a big curved in the middle of the bed, and you couldn't sleep straight. Guess that all night I was slippering on the down part of the bed. The mattress also was dirty enough from both sides.You should change it, if you want to consider that flat as a 4person flat! Secondly, you have to clean & unclog the bathroom sink. And at last, all the windows and windowhandles were very dirty and it's very obvious. You should clean them also sometime.

  : Let me say I am not happy with my stay. Firstly a day before i left for Europe i was told that the room we had booked was not available and would I accept a change. Not much choice as I didn't have time to look for anything else. The location of the new place was further from the meetings I attended in Brussels. The first day we arrived In the new place which I was told had 2 bedrooms, had one with a couch that opened. However there were no sheets or pillow cases. As well, the bathroom sink that we tried to use was clogged and unusable. I called the Smartflats number and explained the problems. I was told the problem would be escalated and we didn't have to stay in the room. We left and returned in the evening to find that nothing had been done. I called that night and was on hold till the line got cut off. I called the next day and complained again and was told again the problem would be escalated. Nothing was done. We left today having paid for a place that was not what we wanted at the same price and never received any response to the problems we had. If this were a hotel i would not have to pay ahead of time and could have easily left and found another place. So you can and we did not have a good night nor a good stay.

  : Its a SCAM!Be careful renting this place, checking is at 16:00, when we arrived with my family everything was dirty, 2 cleaning ladies came at 16:30 and ask us to leave the apartment while they cleaned, we could enter to the apartment at 18:00; we requested refund but they dont answer any communication channel, neither WhatsApp, Facebook or Booking messages.even when we call to the phone they just hang on us.the wifi is so bad, when they answered in Booking they said they will fix the wifi, they didntEven the towels were wetThe sofa is supposed to be another bed, but when u open it is full of dirt and rest of food.Tables are full of oil.when u write in booking they just send automated messages talking about how good they are.Not recommended at all.be careful before renting it!

  : Privacy policy and there is no direct contact with anyone. Feels like home and the location was excellent. Most important site seeings are within a short distance. View from the window is also charming.
  : Nothing for me, actually everything was according to my desire. Some dark photographs may be removed from the room, bright photographs may improve the internal beauty of the room.
