  : When we left and found a new hotel that didn't smell and was in a decent and safe area
  : Horrible area. Felt unsafe with people hanging round on street. Wasn't happy to leave car. Front door wide open to anyone who might wander in. Property smelled horrible. Not somewhere I'd be happy staying with my child. Property refused to refund. Lied and said we'd stayed when we could prove we'd booked alternative accommodation and parking. Refused to refund. Sent unpleasant messages so I was forced to block them. Been unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

  : Easy check in with a code to get keys. It was really clean and smelled good. Beds prepared with towels and fridge on upon arrival. You got a nice big table to sit together for breakfast or dinner. They supply you with plates and cutlery as well as mugs. They do daily cleaning, but you can send a text if you don’t want to. We had parking in front of the property, and the owner activated us a permit for the day. Aldi around the corner, as well as a bus station driving to the city centre! You also can reach the spike island easy to see a banksy street art and sit on the river! It was overall a great stay! Great value for price! Really clean and comfortable beds
  : Would be good to provide a cloth to clean after, but also the windows are in an urgent need of a cleaning. Spiders unfortunately are everywhere
