  : We liked the beds, and thought the room was clean.
  : We didn’t particularly like much. For £308 for 2 nights, you’re not getting your moneys worth. When we arrived it took about half an hour for anyone to check us in as there was a stag do a huge group of men with blow up inflatable dolls, when we arrived we found out a big event was being held downstairs. We decided to go out for dinner, came back outside the whole hotel was just drunk people all smoking fags, the bbc iPlayer in our room didn’t work. It felt like the type of place you’d go for a drunk night out, not somewhere couples would stay. We went to the bar for a drink the outside terraced is a shambles and quite dirty the bar stated it closed at 11pm somehow they stayed open until 2:45 not saying no to people who were clearly extremely intoxicated. we were met in the elevator by a group of drunk males, we felt uncomfortable the whole stay. I would NOT bring children here, nor would I recommend ever staying with children. We couldn’t wait to leave, we did try booking another hotel but they didn’t have availability. Waste of money what was supposed to be a romantic getaway to celebrate our engagement turned into literally wanting to go home.

  : The room was absolutely gorgeous, very spacious with great views over Bristol.The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. They did not charge me for my breakfast as I did not like it, it was a nice gesture that they spontaneously offered, I never asked for a full refund.
  : The restaurant offered a very average breakfast and the bar had very little in terms of choice. I asked for 3 different cocktails (from THEIR menu) and none were available. The barman was friendly enough but he clearly was not trained to make cocktails, my drink was terrible.

  : The staff were friendly. The location was good
  : We spent three miserable, sleepless nights in a room that felt more like a sealed box than a place to relax. The absence of any windows or vents made the air stale and heavy, and the noisy, smelly AC unit offered no relief. To add insult to injury, our room was never cleaned, leaving us with a pile of used towels and a growing sense of frustration.

  : It was nice and clean, comfortable room. We enjoyed the terrace space and the shower was great.
  : We were on the 10th floor and the windows did not open so it was very hot. There was an AC unit which did not make a noticeable difference. The staff kindly gave us a fan when we requested one but the room was uncomfortably hot.
