Disappointing

  : The location is good, especially with shuttle services picking up close by.
  : The living room is FREEZING - the exterior door is improperly mounted and there is a constant breeze coming through since the door doesn't fit properly. Additionally, our son, who slept in the living room, was constantly cold from this breeze. He was supposed to sleep on the couch pull out - but it was too uncomfortable for him to get a good nights rest. The mattress was CRAP and he fell through the springs. This needs to be replaced or you should not consider this a bed for the property. I am pretty mad about this last item. We luckily had a friend staying nearby who had a blow up mattress that we used for the remainder of the trip. We booked this property for 14 days and we never provided with enough toilet paper and dishwashing soap tabs for the length of our stay. I had to call multiple days and ultimately had to take toilet paper rolls from the spa room in order to have something for our family to use. We never received more dishwashing tablets. UNACCEPTABLE and not sure I would use this website or VACASA again to book a property.
