  : Very cozy, excellent host. The location is great for skiing. Close to other big towns.
  : I got altitude sickeness and could not stay on the mountain. That was my only concern.

  : The furnishings, appliances, decor, TV, dvd player, games, books etc. were very nice.
  : The twin bed was not very comfortable and going up all the stairs to get to the unit from the garage was a challenge for us in our 70's.

  : The code to get into the room didn't work at first but we didn't get in after about an hour. Other that that it was a very nice stay!!

  : The kitchen was well equipped, including the cooking essentials like cooking oil, quick oats...etc. The host responds quickly to question asked. Netflix was provided free for movies. But the TV for news network seemed not there
  : The place was a small bachelor suit, not a one bed room apartment. I wondered how it could fitted 6 people as specified in the booking.com. The double bed that hidden behind the wall was too soft and the pillow was very uncomfortable. It was the off season for skiing that we stayed in. The daily rental was very high. Giving the fact that we had to pay $45 cleaning, we were requested to take out the trash from the apartment.

  : Our main concern is the safety of our stay. we did not feel secure when the door lock password is the same as the unit number of the properly (i.e. 0207). Especially the broken door knob suggest that this properly may have been broken into before. Furthermore, there is no safe to keep our valuables which were not able to bring with for skiing.
  : There are other issues which I would also like to highlight: - WiFi is slow and goes offline intermitently - there are no other TV channel except Netflix. But Netflix loses signal often, which could be due to the WiFi connectivity issues. - Door knob is broken away from the door - there is unsightly brown stain on the washing basin - window is broken - wallpaper near the kitchen is peeling off - in booking.com, it says that there is access to a balcony. However, the door to the balcony is locked. - in booking.com, it says that is laundry washing machine and dryer which is free to use. This is not the case as we have to pay to use. - In booking.com, it says there is a bedroom but there is no bedroom at all. It is actually a pull-down bed in the living room, which makes the place super cramped. To add on, all the main roads to Brian Head was closed from Page and we called the host for advise however she was not able to assist and need to contact her housekeeper. In the end, we have to go to the nearest police station to ask for help and they directed us a longer route which took us 6hrs to arrive.
