  : It was very nice didn’t know what to expect from hostel.Also it was very quiet and bed comfortable.Breakfast was decent also.
  : Thought it was closer to down town. Also was taken back by having to have our ID’s copied not just looked at.

  : VERY BADLY MANAGED - THEY LEFT MY BAGS ON THE STREET AND MY VALUABLES LOCKED INSIDE. Staff was very inconsistent. There was a girl who was good, then a guy who was mostly absent, and for long periods of time there would be noone and they wouldn't answer the phone / bell. On the last day of my stay they forgot to warn me they would be closing for the season and there was nobody in the morning. Breakfast wasn't served despite being included in theory. I tried calling to let them know I would leave my bags until 5pm and nobody answered. I ended up leaving a post it note on the reception computer and left. When I came back, the hostel was shut, all of my belongings were in the street and my valuables (passport, laptop) we're still in the locker inside. I tried calling and nobody answered, tried opening every door... In the end I was extremely lucky because the cleaner came just to do the final checks and I happened to be there for that 10 min window. I got my valuables and realised the post it note had disappeared... So they had read it but nobody had called me.Honestly it's the worst hostel experience I've ever had, and I've been to many. The lack of professionalism went from "querky" to downright irresponsible very quickly. I do not know what I would've done if the cleaner hadn't happen to come.. without my passport I couldn't fly home.

  : The main common areas are nice and breakfast was good but unfortunayely Russel who checked me in was unfriendly. I felt like I was being a burden to him. And in the morning when he arrived, I said good morning and he didn’t respond.. Unfortunately, I shared a room with a woman who was up and down until 3 AM so really didn’t get a lot of sleep. I’ve stayed in hostels with a curtain around the bunk. I feel like that could be helpful.
  : One of the staff members was extremely unfriendly. Provide more privacy around the bunks

  : The location was great. A 10 minute walk from the start of "downtown" Breck. The bed was comfortable, however if you have any kind of mobility problems I'd tell them ahead of time as the bunks are three bunks tall. There was a personal light and electrical plug for each bed. Lovely common area and outside seating.
  : Unfortunately, and I think this was quite unusual, the promised breakfast/coffee was not available until after 9am when it was supposed to be at 7:30am. Again, I think it was a bit of a fluke. If the six bed room was full, it would probably feel quite cramped.

  : I liked the area, it was quiet, the balcony was great, the travelers I met were fun. The food when it was served was good and when I had to ask for help and ring the bell at the front counter the guy working came over instantly.
  : The only issues I had was that there was no breakfast on the second day, I couldn't get the locker in my room to work and rarely was a worker present to help you with things. When there was not breakfast, I waited until the end of breakfast hours because I get it, life is exciting and we oversleep, but everyone started asking me about it. The best I could tell them is I guess they forgot this morning.

  : The room and the communal balcony
  : Slightly annoyed by a man on one occasion, he was obviously trying to stay for free that night. It's an expensive hostel so the man should have just been told to leave instead of being allowed to hang around the communal lounge and buy beer.
