  : So although part of Vacasa it’s a private condo therefore they couldnt help me find the gym and sauna that the property stated they had. The hit run on the sand level had a fiver over it and was not operational. Called and they told me they didn’t know what to do.

  : The AC SUCKED, didn’t work or didn’t have AC at all. electrical in main switch master bedroom which controlled fan, light was broken. No soap to wash dishes or to use the dish washer. Hot tub wasn’t usable!!

  : The location was wonderful. We loved that there was any washer/dryer in the unit. The condo is well thought out and has plenty of seating.
  : We didn’t like that several lights were not working and that the condo wasn’t very clean. In addition, the refrigerator’s ice maker and water dispenser in the door didn’t work. We were unable to find the thermostat and so the condo was very hot throughout our stay (we found the ones that worked the floor heaters). Lastly, since so many places were closed or had reduced capacity due to COVID, we cooked a lot at the condo, it would’ve been nice to have more pot and pan choices.We didn’t have keys just a code but we didn’t know that until after we’d already messed with the lock box on the door. When we reached out to the management company we were told someone local would call. We never heard from them even though they said they called, they never left a message for us to call them back when we weren’t skiing.

  : The mattress was too hard . And some lights are not working . Everything else was great.

  : The location was fantastic, allowing us to walk to Main Street in less than 10 minutes. The gas fireplace, patio (with a grill) and spaciousness were especially great.
  : The light/fan in the master bedroom wasn't working; even the maintenance guy couldn't fix it. Made for a pretty dark room without any moving air. Also, there were several remotes around the TV in the living room, but directions on how to work everything would be have been helpful. Also, there was no information provided at check-in about the elevator; again, it would be been helpful to know about it right off the bad vs. carrying all our stuff up the stairs.

  : There was no breakfast as part of the package.It was very comfortable and clean. It is beautifully appointed. The beds were comfortable. The location was fabulous. We walked each night to restaurants.
  : We could not connect WiFi. We contacted Vacasa and within hours a tech showed up and fixed the problem.
