  : Location was great with just a short walk to a lift and to downtown; parking easy; spacious with lots of storage; well equipped kitchen; laundry; hosts were easy to contact & quick to respond.
  : There a few minor issues that we encountered over the course of the week which we communicated to the hosts and had addressed as best they could. Would suggest better mattresses with more support in the second bedroom as an improvement. Otherwise was a great place and would rent again.

  : I loved my stay at this condo. It was cute, comfortable, and extremely close to everything.
  : I didn’t like that it was underground. I had no idea and it kind of threw me for a loop at first. It wasn’t bad, just not expected. I also didn’t like that the title states “hot tub” but the hot tub is closed. I understand COVID is the reason for the closure, but then the title should be changed so as to not make someone believe there’s a hot tub (a huge reason I picked it) when there’s not.

  : Easy access to down Breckenridge
  : This was the worst vacation experience of my life. We were housed below grade in a "Dungeon" with no view at all. There was no hot tub because it was frozen over, The luggage cart fell apart as we were bringing in our luggage. The steel stairs leading down to our unit were frozen and covered with snow, making it extremely hazardous to walk on. There was no wi-fi access and very poor reception. I would never recommend this facility to any one!

  : There was a key pad which we liked, but we could not open the paperwork to get instructions.
  : We were unaware It was a dark basement apt. When asked to be moved, the host said no, but they would update the listing to say it was a basement. We did not feel safe because the front door wouldn't stay locked. The rooms was also so hot that I had to open the windows and then we couldn't get the windows to re-lock. Unit looked used and aged.

  : Location of the property was good to walk to town. There was a convenient store across the street we went to often to get a morning cup of coffee. All appliances worked at the facility. Master bed was comfortable. I liked they kept actual box for trash bags and dish/laundry soap instead of only giving one for the week like other rental properties do.
  : The bathroom had multiple doors were a pain. They need to open the opposite way instead of banging into each other. The apartment was located under the facility. Felt like the grounds keeper’s room. It wasn’t easy to find at first. Had to walk thru the snow (not a side walk available) to come/go to the apartment.

  : From the listing it was not easy to tell that this condo was in a basement level. I am sure that it looked like it was first floor with a patio in the listing. That was not the case. It was located well in regards to the town but being below ground for the trip was not enjoyable. We would have preferred to at least be on the first floor with light from the outside coming into the condo. There was very little light coming into the condo as it was in the basement. The condo itself was well kept and clean but the feeling of being in the basement took away from the stay there.
