  : Welcoming and lovely receptionist they was the highlight. Other than that the accom was very dirty and not very comfortable, could barely get the lock to work on the door, no pre-view security hole in the door either. The lamp was snapped at the bottom nearly cut myself. The kettle was disgusting. Barely any charge ports other than an adaptable charger unit, which kept falling off the wall.
  : Mould on the walls, cobwebs, marks and grime on the walls. Was locked in the toilet, the toilet was portaloo style felt like it swayed when you moved inside, couldnt get the hot water to work, the shower overlapped the toilet? No chair in the room, two hangers. Stains on the sheets. Told breakfast was 7-9 but they wasnt open on Sunday? Very dirty and unsanitary avoid at all costs

  : Mattresses ! It was so uncomfortable that it gave us terrible back aches ! Communication from the personnel was poor apart from Sarah, who she changed our room for our second night stay.
