  : Location is fab - with AMPLE private parking on site. Next door is a huge parking area for Laguna Travel coaches etc - so PLENTY of space here.The buildings and reception is a little disjointed (my satnav brought me to rear car park) - various buildings on site to walk past to get to reception.
  : Staff are scarce but happy to chat when you gain their attention. There were "mens dark stubble" in sink and bath when I arrived.... with hair clips/bobbin pins on the carpet from someones hair do. I know nothing is clinically clean - but that was quite poor cleanliness standards.The fittings and fixtures are all old chipboard home made. The bathroom had shower over bath - but water temperatuire wouldnt settle and the plunger for shower to bath didn't work..... plus the bath was offset from wall where shower bracket was fixed. So had to hold the shower head or water everywhere. Toilet so close to bath and wall that if I was XL sized - I'd not be able to use it.

  : Building was run down floor boards above and throughout were creeky bathroom tiles broken body hair in shower smoking area was directly below window swimming pool wasnt available as there were private swimming lessons restaurant was only open for breakfast which we thought potion size was small for the cost of £11 each
