  : The staff were very friendly and created a positive vibe about the place.
  : The room was very small and the furnishings were limited and old. Outside the lodge could be doing with being painted. The lodge car parking spaces were clearly marked for residents only but were frequently taken by day guests. The staff didn’t seem to enforce this.

  : Pretty gardens and parking available, the room was sympathetically decorated and the bathroom was modern. Good use of space for a very small room
  : The room was like being in goldfish bowl along a walkway only an extremely thin wall between you and the outside with lots of windows, you had to keep the blinds closed as everyone could see the entire room from the walkway. At night the outside lights shine completely through the blinds and it was very noisy with little to no sound insulation. The South African Male at the bar was arrogant and condescending, mocking me when I asked if the food I had ordered was gluten free, only to have a horrible coeliac attack after eating and I couldn’t leave my room for hours almost missing the family party we had come down to stay for. My mums food was not edible and was a grey colour and smelt terrible. The reception team were lovely and very helpful however.
