  : Good location, nice clean bathroom and living area, nicely decorated. Enjoyed the smart TV.
  : No electric fan provided and no air conditioning, no lift, entrance foyer had a very strange smell. The worst part, however, was that the beds have a bed bug infestation - my partner and I were both covered in bites by the time we left!!

  : Great bathroom, large shower, good water supply
  : Deceitful website. MANAGER DID NOT SEND DOOR CODE so i had to call long distance from noisy cafe. Tricky check-in thru 2 doors---one w code, one w key in unlighted space---trapped like in a small closet. Key box too high for average woman to see #s.Terribly long winding staircase. No bed, only a sofa without instructions although bed was on website. Interior lock very difficult to operate so I stayed in unlocked space. Location on a pedestrian street therefore inaccessible to taxi.(site says its "among" or "between" pedestrian streets.) I request an apology along with a refund.

  : Great location. Arrival has a little bit of mystery. Well appointed with equipment, and beautifully decorated.
  : There has obviously been an extensive renovation in the last few years money would have been well spent to install some insulation!! I was in the attic room on 4 th floor. Literally couldnt bear to be in the room it was so hot!! Spent most of my time, outside, or when I was in, I kept having short cold showers. Dont know how comfortable the bed was, as I slept directly on the laminate floor with a towel over me that I had soaked and put in the freezer. No air flow, no fans, no AC Street incredibly noisy doesnt bother me too much, but again, insulation would have helped. Seems to be a bit of a party area. None of the lights worked. A couple flickered from time to time. Had to use my torch mostly to find my way round. Cheesemonger on ground floor of the building. The whole building absolutely reeks of strong smelling cheese. Minor points.. no toilet roll, tv couldnt access any channels. Zero communication from owners when I e mailed asking for a fan.
