  : I like the warm reception by the host. I also like the neatness of the room. Everything was in order.
  : I did not like the environment of the house. Outside the house looks old. And the location looks deserted and unattractive .

  : The apartment was clean, cozy and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and the big dining table was perfect for meals and board games. Our family of four was very comfortable here. Our children are 9 and 11, so the upstairs bedrooms were a perfect retreat for them. The stairs are very steep though, so I wouldnt have felt comfortable with small children. The apartment is located next to train tracks, which fully delighted our son, who loves watching trains, and surprisingly didnt disrupt our sleep. The owners provide ear plugs, but we didnt need them. All in all a very pleasant stay!

  : We stayed 3 nights during a very hot weekend. The flat was very nice, with 3 bedrooms, modern, airy and with a terrace. Free parking 2 min from the flat. The flat is situated on the 3rd floor of a relatively new house, restored, and built with concrete stairs and floors thus minimising the noise between neighbours. in fact, it was very quiet (except for the trains). The house is situated in the low part of the city, 15 min (on foot) from La place Dalton with bars and restaurants. Also 10 min from the upper city (Rue de Lille) via a small road uphill, quite brutal but very quick. There are also bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed CEVE for food and style and Mr Guy for drinks. Good bathroom and good shower. Good kitchen. Good bedrooms but the two upstairs were very warm! The beach to swim is 2.5km away (on foot). We went to Wimereu (20 min by car) at low tide and this was great!
  : -The flat overlooks the railway where trains pass at quite a speed and obviously make noise. During the week, it starts quite early but it was fine in the weekend. The windows have double glazing so it is OK-ish -The small alleyway leading to the house is not as clean as one can hope. Too bad. The stairs within the house could also be cleaner (possibly). In sharp opposite to the flat that is very clean and welcoming. -There is convenience store in the neighbourhood. The baker is about 10 min away on foot. Fruits and stuff can only be bought at Aldi also 10 min away (on foot). -Would have been nice to find a bottle of water in the fridge.

  : The appartment was very clean and well presented, the location was handy for night life and restaurants.
  : The details how to get into the appartment were very poor, no where in the instructions does it say the code number you get doesn't work on the front door and that you have to force it open to gain entry. And then, once you get to the appointment door the key safe doesn't open, and has to be prised to get the keys,and from the marks and scratches on the key safe, this is a regular occurrence. The phone number for the owners is an answer service that they don't respond too, in either form ie mobile phone, messenger or email..We were there two nights and no one contacted me at all, we had to lock the door and leave the key under the door mat, as the key safe wouldn't open and the owners didn't answer their phone. We were tempted to bring the key home and post it back, as this scenario is unacceptable, The appartment could be entered and ransacked, through no fault of us.
