  : The location is centrally located to enjoy all Boston has to offer. We would use this apartment the next time we travel to Boston. The ease of the train location and walking distance were very ease to navigate. Dukin Dounts right around the corner.
  : The bed in master needs new bed frame. The bed is only a double so frame is very inexpensive. We had to remove mattress and place on the floor. otherwise one of us was very uncomfortable sleeping on a slant. Only other thing was lobby smelled bad. Smell did not travel up to 3rd floor where apartment was located.

  : Location is great; next to Tufts Medical Center; Nice common seating and eating areas in the apartment, and large table; Nice windows and natural light; Good kitchen; Everything was clean. The apartment is great.
  : The leg of one of the beds was broken. The bed was unusable. It had obviously been broken before we got there, but someone must have decided to balance it upright, so it looked kind of close to flat --- i.e., not fix it, and hide the fact it was broken. We had to drag the mattress onto the floor in order to sleep. OK that's not ideal, but I can actually live with that. What makes me really unhappy is the property manager Nick. He did nothing. First he said he'd immediately address it. Then three days of excuses. It was a cheap metal bedframe. How much does one of those cost? $50 on Amazon? I could have ordered it myself, had it delivered overnight, and put it together in 15 minutes. But Nick took no action. He repeatedly told me he'd have a new bedframe brought in. But nothing. Then he said that in recognition of the inconvenience (and inability to use one of the two beds in the apartment), he'd give me a 10% credit off my bill. It's been months now, and I've given him several reminders. But nothing. So in summary, it seems to me that the way Nick does business is either completely incompetent, or he continually lied to brush me off. Either way, it's disappointing, because the apartment is otherwise nice.

  : it was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel/apartment rental. first night getting ready to go to bed I noticed the bed sheet and pillows are covered in human hairs. clearly the bed was not made with clean new sheets but from previous guests. i messaged the contact person, who said its too late now for the service to come but tomorrow they will take care of it. that night I sleeted fully clothed, and with a scarf over the pillow. the next day nobody came!! i reached out again to the contact who said they called the cleaning service but they never called them back. (like thats my problem?) I was still staying there for 3more nights, and this place was not cheap (160 per night) the least I am expecting is clean bed, but they really didnt care. they didnt offer clean sheets for any following nights. at the end said they can give me 20% coupon on my NEXT stay. it was a joke. never again!!!!!

  : BIG SCAM!!! NOTHING
  : I booked the property back in April and they cancelled five days before checking-in. No alternatives, help or proposals offered. SHAME ON BOOKING.COM for working with such a company and for NOT PROVIDING any kind of assistance. Have opened a REFUND claim (which they said would take 15 days for funds to reach my account but have received nothing to this date (8-26-22). DISGRACE AND SCAM!!

  : Location is great. Apartment spacious and clean
  : Not enough consumables for a 3 night stay. Had to purchase more toilet paper, shampoo etc.Basic items missing, no tea towels, no scissors, no salt & pepper, filters for coffee machine etc.
