  : Omni Parker House provides great service and location of that is important to your travels. I also enjoyed the fact that the gym facilities were pretty good, the room was comfortable and clean, and the front staff was friendly and helpful
  : I understand the history of this iconic location is important. Many great people and historic moments have taken place here. However, I feel as if the hotel is "using" that to take the opportunity to NOT upgrade their property. It is possible to keep the history in tact and honor it's past. The room I was in felt dated, but not in a good way. The carpet looked old, the bathroom mirror was tarnished, and the wallpaper looked a bit stained and very dated. The shower too was just above a trickle making it difficult to start the day. The biggest issue was the hallway to the room. There was an overwhelming smell of old carpet or "dust" that persisted the whole stay. Good thing it didn't extend into the room, but it was very strange. For the price, it is doubtful I'd choose to stay here again. Not everything can be sold as "historical"

  : Location was amazing! Historical significance was cool too. Little “museum” downstairs was fun for context.
  : Restaurant and bar has a sad atmosphere- cold and stuffy feeling like a retirement home. Room was a bit cramped.

  : On arrival, we got the worst room in the hotel, and the only one left according to the young man at the desk who was very curt. Next morning, the manager and his staff were extremely nice and they moved us to the kind of room we expected at the Parker House.

  : The check in was great. We had Jennifer who was excellent. Very friendly, welcoming, efficient and accommodating. Loved the water in the lobby which was great on the hot days. Location was excellent. Doormen were very friendly.
  : The rooms need a bit of an update. The shower curtain was a heavy fabric which had toothpaste on it. The furniture looked a bit banged up.
